For our portal (Issue tracker & auction house) you will use the same user name you use to get into NWN2 Multiplayer and the password will be your encrypted CD Key value shown on the My Account screen in game. This way there is no need to reset passwords and to remember what your user name is. It is tied 1 to 1 to your game account.
We plan on rolling these changes out in the next several weeks.
